Many tools at HSBNE have an interlock on them to track usage and manage access control to higher risk tools.

==== Interlock Light Colors ====
  * PULSING BLUE - Checking Access
  * SOLID BLUE - Ready for Use
  * PULSING GREEN - Access Granted
  * SOLID GREEN - 	In Use
  * PULSING PINK - Booting or updating software.
  * SOLID RED - Access Denied
  * BLINKING YELLOW -	Error
