  * LT2 Classroom renovations update: Met with LT2 commericial manager who spoke more about future partnership work. He outlined how LT2 would be interested in being our landlord in future in exchange for a portion of the rental space.
  * Working bee update: Fantastic work by all those who chipped in on the weekend, RCMS has begun to move in.
  * Lease update: Have progressed from the first draft of the lease and Wendy has amended many of our requested points.
