===== Meeting Notes =====

  * General business: Meeting with EDQ and need for a working bee. 
EDQ gave a rough draft of new plans for a start in the next quarter next year. Fenclines will be moved. Also looking to build communal BBQ area in the middle of the quad to discourage vehicles in the quad. 
  * Last meeting for HSBNE is 10th of December 2019. We will resume on the 7th of January 2020
  * $90 stolen from the change exchange due to the toilet door being left open - reminder to members to only open it on open nights
  * Mike: please be mindful of cross-breezes, if you open windows on one side, please open them on the other
  * Supanova financial report - Profit $1200 
  * Josh Hogendorn has been voted in as VP

  * Purchase proposal of $100 for more Zigbee sensors to cover the rest of the important internal doors (Server room, member storage, and store room).

  * Magna bend proposal
As some of you may be aware, one of the plans for the metal shop is to set up a sheet metal section in the metal shop. The main foundation machines needed for this is a pan break bender, guillotine and spot welder.
I would therefore like to propose $1800 for materials for the building of a 1250 x 1.6mm magnabend (pan break bender) as a first machine for the sheet metal section of the metal shop.
These machines are selling on machines4u for $5275
