We got knocked back on a grant, was offered finance at 14%, are now working with Westpac to see if we can gain a favourable deal. - Secured business loan, and if it goes well, may be a mechanism that HSBNE can utilise in the future seeing that debt is currently cheap. 
  * Exec is still working through voted capex items, safety items have been prioritised
