Update from treasurer on the groups finances
A little tighter this week due to paying outstanding bills with CBREs we’ve been disputing.
After disputing we will have to pay approximately ~$3000 of the original ~$6000 billed from CBRE.

Progress on safety will need to be reported on at a team level.
Discussion around fire extinguishers:
We currently do not have adequate fire extinguishers
It was debated as to who will look after fire extinguishers between CBRE & HSBNE
HSBNE will be responsible for them going forward.
We will put a proposal in tonight to purchase the required extinguishers as advised by Frank.
