HSBNE acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which we meet today, the Yuggera and Turrbal people, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

The previous meeting minutes were accepted.

Summary

• EOFY for HSBNE is the 31th March
• $5500 for storing the YAG alone
• $7500 for storing containers (other tools)
• Owe money to the paint factory (invoices aren't correct so we are waiting for them to be corrected)
• Purchased lathe
• Hired cleaner
• Need to reduce container + yag storage to bring us into the black
• Large accounting bill last year to get our accounts in line as they hadn't been submitted to the Office of Fair trading by the previous treasurer.
