HSBNE has a wall mounted TV in the green room that is available for members to use. Using AirPlay or Chromecasting is the easiest way to display content on the TV such as YouTube videos, music, or a meeting agenda. If you have an Apple device like an iPhone, iPad or Mac, you should use AirPlay. If you have an Android phone or Windows/Linux PC, you should use Chromecast.

The main TV should always remain switched on at the wall. This makes it easy for members to turn it on and off.

Turn the tv on automatically

The TV will automatically turn on when you start Chromecasting or AirPlaying to it. It may take up to 15 seconds to connect to your device.

Turn the tv on or off manually

There is a black remote attached to the wall underneath the TV. Just press the power button on this remote to turn the tv on or off. There is no antenna connected so the TV does not receive free to air channels.
