• The position of Treasuer within HSBNE is now vacant, and as a result a Special General Meeting shall be held to elect a new one. This will be conducted on the 23rd of October.

• Jewellery Toolbox ($1757) - Given the popularity of the jewellery classes RABKA are conducting, it is proposed that the 'Space purchase tooling and consumables for members to use to work on their own projects, either to learn processes or to work on advanced methods; 0 opposed, 8 abstentions, motion passed.
• NFC Chips ($230) - These can be used to apply asset tags to our infrastructure, both to access the wiki for each item and to report issues, and can be integrated with the new portal system; 4 opposed, 3 abstentions, motion passed.
