  • Discussion of allowing new members, inductions to restart fortnightly from the 16th

Five person limit for tours and inductions, Brendan will update the website with details, Brendan will also update Eventbrite with inductions

  • HSBNE has now reopened as of 06/06/2020 to members only. It has taken less than two days for CBRE to email us complaining about Member behaviour
  • Discussion of when to hold the AGM, suggested best to do it in person after the financial year

  • Some members have continued to pay their membership fees during the lockdown
  • Cause leaders will have Divipay extended to them, it is highly encouraged that they start using their funds for asset purchases
  • Greenroom Kiosk- The touch screen portion was elevated to an Exec Vote in order to facilitate reopening of the HSBNE site within the rules of COVID-19 restrictions. It was passed 2020/06/02
  • The rest of the materials were put up for vote- $170 for the rest of the materials

  • HSBNE was approved for the Lord Mayor’s Grant for funds to purchase a pantorouter joinery system for Woodshop, CRZ dual filament 3D printers for Digifab, digital microscopes for Electronics, and a Brother PE800 embroidery Machine for Craftpunk
  • There is currently a Member’s Survey available for members to do.
  • New member’s portal has been released to support the kiosk and Jaimyn is fixing things as he finds them.
  • Members must now use the Member’s Kiosk to sign in and out as a requirement of COVID-19 restrictions. Tools will not operate until you do so.
  • Please don’t do things that cause arguments with CBRE. It really sucks, they come down on us like a ton of bricks.
