2024-01-16 Special general meeting
A Special General Meeting is called for the 16th of January starting at 5pm at Haven, Red Hill. Delayed attendance is acceptable until 6:30pm, we get that you may need to work or have other commitments but we want everyone there as soon as possible. Quorum will not be taken for votes until after 7pm. Online attendance is acceptable through discord but elections require in person attendance as per the constitution. This meeting will be catered. This meeting will have the following agenda: To determine and commit to a path for the organisation. This is, but not limited to, a business case for the organisation going forward. At bare minimum this will be a two line goal statement and dot points. Nominations for a full or partial executive. If nominations are lodged an annual meeting may be held early in the next few weeks in order to ratify positions. Please feel free to comment with ideas, business cases or suggestions to this forum post to assist discussion before the night.
