• The member counts and revenue has been provided above
• Discussed with the committee regarding settings KPI's. The committee has decided not to set KPI's regarding member number, revenue. The committee would rather maintain small and actionable goals so that they may remain fluid and adaptable until HSBNE is in a more stable position.

• Open day 23/11/24 - This was quite successful and we had a steady stream of people coming by the workshop to check it out.
• Hare & Forbes - Ale spoke to Hare & Forbes about them sponsoring HSBNE
  • This may be in the form of discounts or credits, flags or banners in the workshop or website, potential writeoffs

• Big laser doesn't fire correctly. The issue is likely the power supply or laser tube. The proposal to sell passed, however waiting on further diagnostics prior to selling to maximise sale price
