  • YAG - to dispose of the YAG - PASSED - 10 for, 1 against
    • Only one serious buyer so far and offered 5k. Buyer pulled out at the last min due to lack of machine support
    • Discussion
      • Josh H - said it was probably hard to sell & selling as parts might be easier but Luke countered that this may be difficult for the same reason the machine is hard to sell
      • Josh H - asked for access to the YAG for the purpose of determining parts and prices - access was granted
      • Josh H - said he would salvage parts & may donate funds to HSBNE.
      • The method of disposal was discussed. The proposal does not contain a method of disposal, and it was left to the executive to determine the best method when the time came. Josh H expressed concern about the lack of a clearly defined disposal method.
    • Note: Josh R had to leave early and put his vote in before the end of the discussion.
