• Coolant pump is 3 phase wired as single phase

- Quick change tool post has been fitted to green lathe. Nut needed to be machined to size.
- Tight spot when moving carriage.
- Key is missing.
• Switch out estop to non missing variant
o Order estops (Ryan)

• Replace switch with new one.

- Z axis locks fixed
• Order handles for Z locks. (Ryan)
• Purchase work lights (Phil)
- Gibs tightened on X
- Y axis slides are worn

• Look into making 3 phase interlocks (Ben)
• Audits on items to put on retractors
- Ben has relabelled tool chest and tidied up
- Follow up on selling small mill
