• Focus on usability over new machines
• Added a new taskade page for spending priorities
• We need to make a policy for equipment purchasing, will make voting item to add this to our policy
• We need to make a policy for tool disposal
• Startrite vertical bandsaw may be excess to needs
• Machines need a small printed guide
• Blue lathe coolant system to be removed
• Keep members projects moving (ie welding tables)
• Team members should start attending more weekends and advertising their presence
• Updated objectives on taskade
• Next team meeting will use taskade to guide the meeting

Machine Status:

• Horizontal bandsaw not working, suspected interlock issues
• Need new blades for smaller vertical bandsaw
