• The woodshop would live to officially welcome Tom Miller on board. The woodshop has voted unanimously to add Tom Miller to the team. He will be responsible for the backend development of the blastgates and providing general support to the woodshop. Thanks for volunteering to help Tom, it is greatly appreciated
• John Mills and Ryan Kirkpatrick have now left thee woodshop team. We thank them for their valued contribution to the team, and if they ever feel like rejoining the team, they would be most welcome.
• The woodshop still needs more members on the team to assist with various support jobs - general maintenance and cleaning, admin work etc. Interested members are encouraged to put their hands up to join the team.

• The Woodshop is transitioning its process of selling donated tools to comply with the asset management policy. We request patience and/or additional support as we are all extremely busy and the required process adds significant additional workload to keep the assets moving.

• Matt is still investigating the process of selling the stock via Pickles, Grays online and other auction sites. He did not have much success engaging the organisations via email. As soon as he has some time off work during office hours, he will make phone calls to each auctioneer to progress further.
• This is another reminder that there is STILL no interest from any of the other members to take on the project. The stock continues to gather dust and waste space. The proposal is to store the stock elsewhere so the Mezzanine can be properly utilised.

• The next meeting will be held on the 30/11/22 at 07:00 via discord.
