Used to support metal for shaping.

If using the face, lift up and pin it in place. Rotate head so that it is supported.

If using the side, put down and pin it in place and rotate side to the top.

Sides can be used for forming metal to their shape.

Holes can be used for dishing, bending, forging shoulders on tennons.

Recommended		We recommend hearing protection.

Required		Enclosed shoes are required, no open sandals, thongs etc. Safety caps are recommended.
