Guidelines
TAKE CARE REMOVING THE BADGE MAKER BOX FROM THE SHELF. IT WEIGHS APPROX 10KG.
The first video is a good overview of using a Badge Maker like ours. It refers to using special paper for your artwork. We have found that standard 80gsm copy paper works well. Use a quality print setting and the final finish is provided by the mylar. We also simply use scissors to cut out our artwork.
The second video shows a machine similar to ours. The process for swapping out the dies is the same as ours. The upper die is held in place by magnets. Care should be taken not to smack your knuckles into the base when removing the die.
The third video is a good overall instruction and includes tips on laying out your artwork.
The last video shows how to unjam the machine if that should happen.
CONSUMABLES - There is a supply of 32mm badge blanks. If you use them please pop $0.80 per badge into the Craftpunk Donations bucket so we can keep a supply on hand. 58mm blanks are on the wish list.
