• Look into options for custom items that are easy to make and may be sold (ie. Cutting name into steel on yag)

• Team meetings to be held 7:30pm Monday before the general meeting

• Base is almost done. Drilling and tapping is required for mounting to stand. Assigned to Dave.

• Wait until gas monitoring project is done or further progressed.

• Have a meeting at a later point on the gas monitoring project. Will meet Tuesday 13th.

• Power leads need to be cleaned up for blue lathe. Assigned to Ben.

• New bolt for quill feed to prevent loss of parts. Assigned to Ben
• Mill axis lock levers replaced by Phil.
• Need to diagnose x-axis autofeed. Will ask Phil.
• Need to investigate coolant in one shot oiler. Will ask Phil.

• Waiting on electrician for switch replacement

• Get new tool setter. assigned to Ryan
• Mount usb hub. assigned to Ryan

• NUC HDD is low on space. Added task to look into it at a later date.
• Consumables need to be ordered.
• Shielding needs to be done. Assigned to Eris.
• Order shielding film. Assigned to Ryan.
• Mount water filter to drum trolley. assigned to Eris and Ryan.
• Added YAG usage document as task. Assigned to Ryan. Chris Noonan may have info.

• Awaiting Replacement.
• Seek ~$1000 for plasma cutter. Make Proposal. Assigned to Ryan.

• May need gas soon. No noticed gas leaks for the current bottle.

• Need new roll of wire. Eris to buy.

• Had blades sharpened. Cost $55 for 2 blades.
• Eris has float switch for coolant tank.

• Out of commission.
• Gearbox to be inspected. Assigned to Dave.

• Buy plasma cutter & YAG spares w/profit if possible.
