Craftpunk Cause
Location: The Craft Punk room is the room on the right at the end of the Green Room.
Cause Leader: Craftpunk is using an anarchy-based model of self-governance, but notable Craftpunkians are Meka, Paula and Emily (They can be found on Discord as Boo, Lonepiper and Pommygirl)

Objective: Craft Punk is a Cause dedicated to the more artistic pursuits of HSBNE members. Craft Punk specialises in cosplay, sewing, moulding and casting, painting, models, pottery and kiln firing, screen printing, sculpture, etc. We want to make crafting fun and accessible for HSBNE members and the greater community.

Cause Area Expectations
* Leave the area as clean or cleaner than you found it.
* Please make sure to put money in the donation tin for consumables that you appreciated using so that we can replenish them.
* Only use tools in the way they are intended to be used.
* Only use tools you know how to use or have been inducted on.
* Ask for help or guidance when you need it.
* Because art and creativity is subjective and personal, please do not provide unsolicited critique, suggestions or help with someone’s project. Instead, you may wish to offer your help, but allow the crafter to decline.
* Respect that some crafters may not want to break their focus to talk or answer questions. The exception to this rule is in the case of dangerous or disrespectful tool use and emergencies.

All of HSBNE's classes and events can be found on Eventbrite. Craftpunk also runs regular events, such as Working Bees to improve our space, and Classes, so that members can learn a new skill in a relaxed, friendly environment.
